i’m maggie
I bring a non-pathologizing approach to psychotherapy. I know that when we seek to understand symptoms—rather than resist, judge or silence them—we unlock the information that charts our course towards healing. I support clients to turn towards, be with and interpret the meaning of their suffering and, in so doing, transform their relationship to it. Building on a foundation of psychodynamic training from Smith College School for Social Work, my practice is relational, intersubjective and rooted in Internal Family Systems and mindfulness practice.

Outside the Office
From the rocky Maine coastline to the peaks of the White Mountains, outside of session I am often found enjoying time in nature. I have a penchant for podcasts, thriller novels, and chilly dips in the ocean.
